ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Your order is our priority. All orders will be processed within 24hours between Monday - Friday. Please note: During peak periods, Holiday Season, Public Holidays and Sales, please allow 2 - 4 business days for your order to be processed and sent our courier.
TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and picked up via a courier, a confirmation email will be sent from IMANA. A estimated delivery time will be given along with with your items tracking number. From there you will be able to track your parcel. Please note, any delays after your parcel has left our warehouse is out of our control.
